Jackie Copeman

Following years of working in various media, gaining a Diploma in Botanical Illustration was the natural fulfilment of a love of plants and painting and Jackie now works in watercolour on vellum and paper.
She belongs to the American Society of Botanical Artists and is Secretary of the Hampton Court Palace Florilegium Society, a group of botanical painters dedicated to recording the historic plants growing in that garden. A HCPFS group exhibit was awarded a Silver medal at the RHS London Exhibition in 2009.
Jackie has exhibited in London, Surrey and Suffolk and she will be taking part in the following forthcoming exhibitions: The 13th International Exhibition of Botanical Art and Illustration, Pittsburgh, USA in Sept 2010; ‘Paintings at the Palace’, a HCPFS Exhibition at the Clore Centre, Hampton Court Palace in October 2010; and at the new Shirley Sherwood Gallery at Kew Gardens during Winter 2010/2011.

Her work is held by the Hunt Institute for Botanical Documentation, Pittsburgh; Hampton Court Palace and private collectors across the country.

Commissions are welcomed.
